These terms describe the basic rules for using the AfrEcho workspace, including connected social account access and responsible platform usage.
AfrEcho is intended for authorized business users who connect and manage social accounts they own or are permitted to administer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to connect each account.
Users must comply with the terms, developer policies, and usage limits of any connected provider, including X and Meta. AfrEcho may restrict or remove integrations that create legal, policy, or security risk.
AfrEcho uses reasonable measures to protect account access and connected data, but service availability may vary due to provider outages, API limits, scheduled maintenance, or infrastructure issues outside AfrEcho's control.
Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, policy violations, fraud, or activity that threatens service security, customer trust, or third-party platform relationships.
