AfrEcho may collect account registration details, authentication data, connected social profile identifiers, authorized access tokens, message and mention content made available through connected providers, usage analytics, and support communications.
AfrEcho uses this information to authenticate workspace users, connect approved social accounts, ingest and display messages and mentions, generate analytics and sentiment insights, improve product reliability, and provide customer support. AfrEcho does not use connected account data for resale.
AfrEcho shares information only with service providers and infrastructure needed to operate the product, such as hosting, database, automation, and analytics systems. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, security, and customer support.
